Middle School Band Teacher Musical Notes

The Cedar Grove-Belgium Middle School is seeking a .5 FTE band teacher.  Responsibilities include teaching the 7th and 8th grade band sections as well as small group or individual instrumental  lessons.  

Qualified candidates will have a passion for creating musical experiences for students that foster learning and personal growth.  They will help students develop the skills and knowledge needed to build a strong foundation for continued music education.  The candidate will also be innovative and collaborative, maintaining positive relationships staff members. They will possess strong organizational and communication skills.  Above all, the right candidate will build and maintain positive relationships with our students and their families.  

Candidates should possess licensure in Instrumental Music for middle school aged students.  

As part of the WECAN application attachments, please include your cover letter, resume, transcripts and three letters of recommendation.

August Indoor Cycling indoor cycling

Registration is now open for Indoor Cycling Classes in August!  Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (5:20am to 6:05am).  The classes will be held in the MAC, which is across the hall from the Fitness Center.  Bikes are spaced out appropriately from a social distancing perspective.  Classes will need a minimum of 6 to be held.  Each time you come for a class, you'll fill out a waiver and have a temperature check.  Registration information may be found here AUGUST 2020 CYCLING REGISTRATION  Any questions, please contact Scott Parsons sparsons@cgbrockets.com

A Virtual Experience Designed to Prepare Participants to be Effective Substitute Teachers.

To qualify for a Three-Year Short-Term Substitute Teacher License, participants must have an associates degree or higher in any field and complete this training. 

This virtual experience provides complete flexibility allowing participants to start at any time & complete coursework when it is most convenient

Fitness Center exercise

We are happy to announce a soft opening of our Fitness Center, beginning on Wednesday July 8th!  Hours and participation are limited and you will need to sign up via Sign Up Genius link. Drop-ins will not be allowed at this time. At this time we will be complying with all Sheboygan County Health guidelines.

Summer Food Pantry Information food  pantry

In addition to CG Food Pantry distribution dates, families can visit the Sheboygan Cares Drive-Thru Food Pantry located at Glacier Transit Storage, Building C, 4910 Frontage Road, Sheboygan, WI 53081.  The Sheboygan Cares Drive-Thru Food Pantry will be held Fridays and Mondays 10am-12pm throughout the month of June.

Email sketterhagen@cgbrockets.com or text  (920) 395-5081 to have a bag prepared ahead of time for your child.  Tell me your child’s name and grade and we’ll have a bag ready for pick-up!

2020-21 HS Registration Information

HS RegistrationRegistration materials are available on our school website.  Please read the HS Registration Instructions first and follow the directions. Click here, and you will be brought to the forms you may need.  Print, complete, and return only the forms which may apply to your child.  We will also have a limited amount of hard copies available outside the high school office.  Payment of fees can be made anytime after July 1st through your parent portal, or by check or money order.  Thank you.
