Brief Resume:

I attended UW-Milwaukee where I received a bachelor's degree in Elementary/ Middle Education. My  teaching experience includes teaching first and or second grade grade at a private school in Green Bay for 10 years, teaching 3 and 4 year old preschool, and being a substitute teacher for the Cedar Grove Belgium School District. I have taught second grade here at Cedar Grove Belgium Elementary school since September of 2008. Currently I am pursuing my Master's Degree in Reading from Concordia University. I am very excited to be teaching 2nd grade. 

Introduction to class:

 2nd grade is a year spent building on everything we learned in first grade.  Our reading and writing improve and we learn to be more fluent. We begin to learn organization skills and learn to be responsible for our actions and choices. We learn to problem solve through cooperative learning activities and hands -on math and science activities. 2nd grade is a year of challenge and fun!
