Brief Resume:
I
attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and majored in
Elementary Education for grades 1-8. I have a minor in
Mathematics for grades 1-9.
I have four years experience teaching middle
school in the Oak Creek and Elmbrook School Districts. I also
coached middle school cross country and track and field.
I am eager to teach fourth grade this year at
Cedar Grove-Belgium Elementary School.

Introduction to class:
My goal
is to provide positive learning experiences in a caring environment.
The fourth grade science units include: animal studies, rocks and
minerals, electricity, and land and water study. In social studies we
study Wisconsin. Language Arts includes: reading, guided reading, 6 traits
of writing, and working with numbers, including fractions, decimals, and
percents. Students are encouraged to use various algorithms for solving
problems. By the end of 4th grade, students should have mastered their
basic skills in math.
